Sale Conditions:
The buyers acknowledges that they are purchasing a "download" digital product, and that product is 'as supplied' at the time of purchase. UK2000 Scenery maintains the right to refuse sale to any individual and may refund the sale.

Updates:
UK2000 Scenery may provide future versions and updates to these products, both to improve, fix bugs and keep relevant to the current flight sim changes. However  the buyer is NOT entitled automatically to these updates for free. Some may be free, some may not, but the buyer expects that the product they purchased is 'The product' at the time of purchase and should never assume future updates.  Once the product is digitally downloaded by you, the sale contract is complete, no further obligation exists.

Product Storage:
The buyer is responsible for downloading and storing their own product. You have 14days to do this. UK2000 scenery does provide a free courtesy product download service, and other 'resellers' may also have there own system, but the buyer should not assume this will be available for ever. UK2000 Scenery can't store your purchases for the rest of your life, only 14days can be assumed.

Refunds (ONLY APPLIES TO SALES FROM OUR WEBSITE, Resellers will have there own policies)
After purchase, please download. If you are not happy with the product,  we can refund your order providing it was within 7days. This only applies to SINGLE products only, NOT multiple orders. This is to prevent misuse of the refund gesture.

Misc:
You may not disassemble or reverse engineer any part of this software. You may not rent, lease, swap or sell the software. All rights in the Software are owned by the author of this software. The author of this software does not guarantee that this software is free from bugs or free from viruses. THE FILES ARE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN NO EVENT SHALL UK2000 SCENERY OR INDIVIDUAL DESIGNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHAT SO EVER INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL. IT IS USED ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
